so i was pulling out of my GF's work and there was a car infront of me trying to make a left turn onto a main street. it wasnt busy at all. the guy infront of me goes for the left turn and i looked over to my right and i see a biker coming down at a moderate speed. the streets speed limit is 45 he was prolly goin about 50+. so he swerves to avoid the car making the left turn and i see him lose control. he flys off his bike and i see the bike fly down the street. when i pulled up i called 911 and the guy that made the left turn was running to see the damage. all i seen was the guy laying next to a tree. my guess is he T-Boned against the tree. i didnt want to get out of my car, being that im the kind of guy that doesnt like to see gore. anyway... just wanted to let you bikers know. ride safe. dont be in any rush. take it easy

That REALLY sucks! Makes me think again about speeding and a lot of other stupid crap I do.

wow i hate that, i hope he will recover 100% and his family is ok also.

 

i dont know if you torrance guys know him but he died 2 days ago. His name was Philip Chung. i didnt know the guy but i hope his family is doing ok. R.I.P
