To the Scales!
Stopped at the scales after our local autocross and here's what we found.
Both cars were weighed w/ 100% full gas tanks, we filled up right across the street
Me:

Justin:

Oh yeah, autocross news, Justin scored his first FTD and I came in second (only .02 behind). Sounds a lot more impressive if I don't mention there were only 5 people running

Hmm, we don't have any scales like that around here.. But I've seen them going on my road trip... Are they those CAT scales at gas stations that are usually for semis?
pfft. idiotic question, who else would weigh their car...

Yep, Cat certified scales, usually used for semis which makes me wonder how accurate they are when weighing cars. Only real drawback is the semi drivers waiting behind you getting mad while your taking pictures
Here are the weight affecting mods on both cars...
442:
- DC JDM 4-1 + SMS Carsound cat
- T1R b-pipe + Spoon N1
- J's intake
- 16x7 5Zigen FN01R-C w/ 215/45 Azenis
- Zeal B2
- Dynabatt lightweight battery
- Mugen N1 steering wheel
- rear interior stripped
- Spoon rear strut bar + Mr Alex c-pillar bar (weight adders)
226:
- JDM DC 4-1 w/ SMS Carsound cat
- T1R catback exhaust
- Stock wheels w/ 205/50 Azenis
- J's intake
- Zeal S6
- stripped rear interior
- Autopower "race" rollbar and Tanabe rear strut (weight adders)
Cliff Notes: I think the rollbar accounts for most of the weight difference.

Yep pretty fun, they split us into two run groups, me and Ferrell were in one and the other three guys where in the other. So we'd work corners while they took 6 runs, then we came in and took 6 runs in a row. Only bad part was since I was going right after Justin I didn't have a chance to see him creaming all the cones
Actually this wasn't our home region, we traveled to Ashland KY for this autocross, about an hour from us. It'd definitely be cool if you ran down to one of ours, we've got another this Sunday here in Charleston
This time Justin won't beat me though, well yeah he probably will

If we had more than 5-6 run, I'd actually go to autocross more often.
12 runs? I'd be there at every event.

You guys only get 5 or 6? That sucks, usually at our home events we have about 30-35 people but still get 8-10 runs + fun runs. 5 or 6 is just enough to make you wanna run more

No this was a truck stop, you have to pay to get your car weighed ($8 at this particular truck stop). I don't think a weigh station will let you in
I've weighed the car at a weigh station before, but only when there are no trucks waiting. (i.e., you have to wait until there's no trucks on their way in) I'm not sure if too many weigh stations would allow that...
