Removing my interior?

Im too afraid that i'll break the interior. I wanted to paint these and wanted to know if there were certain screws i needed to take out, and if there are....where? Please help me out. Thanks!

If your going to paint it, don't half-*** it, or itll look horrible.
....and NO, they don't just "pop off"
The center console has screws that need to be removed before taking it out.
There should be some all the way to the front and rear of it. (on both sides)
I think ther are also screws below where the e-brake sits. (youll have to remove the piece of plastic to get access to them.)
