Swaping Accord Heads

Can the h22 head work on the f22 engine block?

i never heard of such a thing but i do know if you have the F22b2 motor u can put the F22b1 head on but you will have to switch ecu's for vtec you can try but i wouldnt suggest it

it can be done, but it's sooooo expensive to do, it'd be cheaper, more or less just to swap the motor. The same can be said for the h23 with an h22 head.
