Clearing ITR Brakes ...

I've been trying to find some slicks and rims for my car, which has ITR front brakes. I really don't want to run a 15" slick, and i remember hearing that it is possible to run a 14" Bogart Rim with spacers that will clear the caliper

Can anyone confirm the truth to this statement?

i have 15" bogarts and they barely clear.i really don't think any smaller will fit.
