i just picked up gsr rims for my car but i want them black what can i use to paint them black so they will stay black can i just use brake caliper paint??

 

Spend the money and get them powder coated.

 

sell the gsr rims for like 400 bucks and spend another couple hundred and get some rotas

 

definitelty go powder coated don't know if you need to get them clearcoated to. as for selling them, maybe he doesn't want to and like the gsr rims.

 

yes it will work.........how hard is it to give a guy a straight up answer?

 

duplicolor make wheel paint it's like $3 a can it will work but not as good as powdercoating

 

i just got my GSR's powder coated. I called around everywhere and i went with the cheapest place. they charged 130 for blasting and coating. they came out pretty damn good.

I got my GSR wheels painted black about a year ago. I had them painted one coat and they are chipped up a little bit. Yes it will owrk but they will get chips and dings real quick. Looking back I should have gotten them clearcoated.
