Anybody have this piece? What kinda quality and gains?

 

Would you say that it is better than the JDM DC 4-1 header?

 

i put one on a gsr. i dont care for it at all, it didnt line up real well at all and the owner said he didnt notice any gains just from driving the car and that was after a few hundred miles of driving.the owner was really upset because of what he paid for the header. plus with previous experences from JG i would spend any of my money on something with his name on it. there was a header test done not to long ago hit up the search and see if you can dig up the results, i belive the dc jdm 4-1 did pretty well.

 

No gains at all? So is this just a bad header from JG?

 

a lot of people on this board have said they gained alot of midrange and peak hp
with the jg edelbrock 4-2-1 but with a modded collector (2.5 inch)
i never heard of any "line up" problems before
do a search..and try archives too
