The guy you are referring to is one of the top importers of JDM products into the USA. He knows what he is talking about. You might want to double check what it is he is selling maybe he made a mistake! Just trying to help!

type-rs in japan came pre-96. it came with 4-lugs too. to anyone interested, ill gladly send them a picture. if you guys think im bs'in thats fine, but if youll do the research youll definitely find out im correct.

 

takashi... i didn't say it was bullshit, just confused with what you wrote above... 1992 was the older second-generation da-series integras, and i'm pretty damn sure there was no type-r then. the dc/db-series was released late 1993 in japan (1994 in north america), and the 96specr w/4x114.3 bolt pattern didn't come out until late 1995 in japan?

regardless i would like a pic of the steering wheel please because i'm looking for this wheel, as well as any sales references u may have... there has been too many scams on this board and i don't want to become a statistic

That looks different then my Type-R steering wheel. Mines a non-airbag one as well, but looks different then the one shown. Same degign, just different. Heres a pic of mine. Im not a JDM guru so i dont know if the 96 was different than the 97. Does that one have the red stiching and say momo on the bottom?



sure yours isnt an SIR-G?

 

it's possible that wheel is from a race base itr. either way it's not a momo
