EF9 Springrates
Hi Guys,
Getting ready to take my EF9 out to some road racing events. I was curious if any of you out there are using the same car.
My question is what spring rates are you guys using. I am ready to purchase some new springs and am considering linear 450f/550r.
Peace...

I just auto-xed for the first time on 450f/400r linear springs. They were very nice and helped the car rotate some. I think it has a bit of understeer, but its not too bad.
Not sure of what you should use for road racing though. Sorry.

Hey JUNpoweredITR buddy!
Those rates will work out good. Give me a bit more info though. What sway bars are you using? What do you plan to use? What struts are you going to be using with these? This is still going to be a road car right? Let me know..........

Well here's the set up that I use on my EF-8
Progress Coil overs with Eibach 500front/425rear with the factory 19mm front bar and 17mm rear bar.. Handles great but thinking of going to 600's in the front and 550's in the rear
need a little bit more rear rotation..
BTW the Car's weight is 970kgm.
Hope this shines some light no the subject

Uh... she's still sporting the same stuff she did at Streets of Willow. Tokico Illuminas and 5 Zigen springs. That stuff came with herbut I plan on keeping the shocks for now. I also plan on installing the 22mm rear sway. Wheels and pain and viola! Canyon Racer Madness!!!
Peace...

Peace...
