Default Calling all Honda tech experts!!!

The car is a 95 integra gsr with web cams, springs, and crower retainers, and mild head work mated to a skunk2 manifold. the car was running fine for about a month after the work was done, and then the distributer went out(broke internaly) and have been having problems ever since.
The problem starts when vtec enguages at 5200rpm and immidiately falls on its face! it acts as if there is no fuel. I connected a fuel pressure guage and it shows approx.57-60psi when vtec hits and 39psi at idle. I totally cleaned the vtec solonoid and even replaced it with 2 others. the ecu has been swapped out with 3 other ecu's. Oil pressure was checked at the service port on the head and showed 64psi when vtec was manually activated and revving the engine to 5000rpm(the way the factory honda manual discribes). All timing marks are on time. All the vtec wires have good contact and continuity. The valve lash was double checked to Webs specs(.010In&.010ex)

Is there anything that i forgot to do or check, I've worked on h-cars for about 5 years now and this is a first for me
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appriciated! Thanks in advance!!!

I activated vtec manually at 5000,5500,&6500 rpm all with the same results. The car was dynoed about a month ago with 167whp SAE, A/F was averaging 13.1:1 seemed happy at that point, The cams were adjusted on the dyno. Our base run before any work was done pulled 152whp SAE, A/f was 12.5:1(sorry i don't have a scanner to post the actual sheet)

I'm almost wondering if there isn't some short in the wiring harness some where. That or maybe a couple of the wires are crossed. I'm sure that you used the same dist. setup that you had, so we could almost rule that out. Double check the grounds, maybe look at the harness and see if there are any exposed wires. Other than that... I'm at a loss.

thanks for you help and suggestions . I think that it is about time that i send the car to the dealer to have it checked out there . Or maybe i need some time away from that POS and get a fresh start next week! I'm almost sure it's gonna be something simple and stupid. Again thanks for all the help!!
