Default F22 and H22 Comparo

This is not really for my knowledge. A guy I know online wants to know the differences between the F22 and H22, cuz he said that they were the same engine, and I was telling him that size doesn't mean they are the same. Thank you.

I know basics... I'm talking more deeply. Like the differences between the B18C1 and B18B1, but with the 2.2 liters

Prelude:
F22A1 SOHC non-vtec 8.8:1CR 135hp 142lb/ft 4G 92-96 USDM Prelude S
F22B DOHC non-vtec 9.8:1CR 160hp 148lb/ft --- NA-NA JDM Prelude Si 87b/??s

Accord:
F22A1 SOHC non-vtec 8.8:1CR 125hp 137lb/ft 4G 90-93 USDM DX/LX 85b/95s
F22A4 SOHC non-vtec 8.8:1CR 130hp 142lb/ft 4G 90-91 USDM EX 85b/95s
F22A6 SOHC non-vtec 8.8:1CR 140hp 142lb/ft 4G 92-93 USDM EX 85b/95s
F22B1 SOHC vtec 8.8:1CR 145hp 147lb/ft 5G 94-97 USDM EX 85b/95s
F22B2 SOHC non-vtec 8.8:1CR 130hp 139lb/ft 5G 94-97 USDM DX/LX 85b/95s

F22a1 prelude gear ratio:
Final Drive: 4.06
I : 3.31
II: 1.81
III: 1.23
IV: 0.90
V: 0.71

My F22a1 prelude doesnt have an oil cooler or knock sensor so ignition timing is static. Theres also no oil squirters and the camshaft has very little lift, fuel cut off is at about 7000 rpm. SOHC but 16 valve and 8.8:1 compression ratio. Basically this engine is all about getting the best reliability and mileage. This motor is just begging to be boosted.
