Tail-light and/or turn signal laws?
I saw an article on team-integra.net that showed a guy who bought altezzas and painted them red n I thought they looked FRESH (this is up to your personal opinion, whether you agree with me or not isn't really relevant
)
But since s/he painted the whole thing red, the rear turn signals are red also. I was just wondering if there are any laws against this...or what all the laws are, because some people have white turn signals...so it's not req'd for them to be yellow right? Hmm...basically what are the laws regarding lights on cars?
sorry if its been brought up befo, i did a search n couldnt find nuttin

The rear turn signals on the 98 - 01 integras are red stock. I think this pretty plainly answers your question.
The front blinkers are the only ones legally required to be amber, therefore when we all leave the white bulbs in when we install our front bumper clear corners we are violating the law. DO we ever get pulled over for it? No, but i geuess it is another excuse for a cop to hassle us if they dont like modded up imports.

I think is also depends on local laws, as far as I know white blinkers in front are legal. So white/amber in front and Amber/red in rear are legal. You cannot have white signals in back half of the car. And you cannot have red lights in the front half. SO those clear bumper markers I see on a lot of accords should be illegal.
Clear corners for tegs are illegal in that they do not have a amber reflector in the front of the car anymore, the same reason the JDM Type-R front end is illegal. So a amber bulb in clear corners on a teg are still illegal. These are just things I consider facts as I recall them.
In the end, whatever the cop THINKS is illegal, IS illegal... because you'll get a ticket for it... and you'll have to deal with it...
