Greddy Headers? What's better? DC or Greddy?
Actually, there's a difference in quality. The DC headers, if you look at the ports, aren't perfectly smooth and flat. The Greddy headers have a nicer port opening. Also, DC stainless headers are NOT full stainless. They use non-stainless flanges and there's been many cases where their stainless headers have rusted at the flange/weld joints. The Greddy headers use stainles flanges, so their durability is better. Overall, I like the quality of the Greddy headers. I haven't been very impressed with many of DC's products, except for some of their exhausts. Their stress bars are some of the weakest I've seen (they easily flex).
Also, if you look at the DC header, it suffers horribly from different runner lengths. I haven't seen a Greddy, so I don't have that to compare to, but take a look at a Mugen or JUN header (or even an ITR 4-1) and you'll see they are all the same length.
