Default Exhaust suggestion for Big H22 setup?!?!

I have a str8 pipe right now and its just obnoxiously loud. I will be running an 80 shot of Happy Gas, and along with my other mods will be in the 230-250whp range.
There are so many systems out there, but no one can ever tell me which has the most power to be gained.
The MUGEN is out of the question.......
DC
Greddy(Which one)
Thermal(which one)
Any others?!?!
I'm sure this question has been posted many times before, but I just don't have time to search around. I am not even supposed to be on the internet!

The old 4th gen GReddy Power Extreme is 2.5" and makes the most power...but it's tough to find...and then my muffler crapped out and I welded a 2.5" N1 to it..still good.

Greddy Evolution? It says 70mm piping! That seem a little big?!?! And a 115mm tip! Thats a Melon-Shooter!!!
Damn exhaust systems....Now I know why I have had my car 4 years and have not bought a cat-back!
Long live the custom noisy one!!!

Yah...thats what Greddy told me.
He said the EVO was a nice replacement for the PE.
I am soooo confused! Another $150 custom system is probably what I will go with, probably with a MagnaFlow muffler.
CAT??? Is it worth the $150-200 for a Hi-Pro???
217whp All Motor?!?! Thats plain sick!

2.5'' custom piping w/ magnaflo exhuasht and a hi-flo cat is a good setup in my opinion. but im being bias because that is wat i have in my lude si, and to tell u the truth im happy w/ that setup because i felt the difference it made and the magnaflo exhuast is not annoying loud like some other exhuasts. but when you gun the lude it sounds deep and strong.

Where did you find this information?

The PE is 2.36'' from the cat up until about 4 inches in front of the muffler where it turns into 2.76''. I dont know if those are ID or OD though.

I'll measure mine since I have to remove my cat to fix the gaskets anyways.

I'm positive its not 2.5 though.

you know you're probably right..the difference in Diameter of 2.5 vs. 2.36 is tough to see and Iknow the part where it gets huge at the end. An that's 60mm not 63.5 makes more sense.

MY Muffler on the PE crapped out..but it was really old...where the two pipes join inside the muffler split. I still got the greddy resonator so the sound is there. ANd no inbetween shifts I have a really cool sound

So is it 2.36" at the Cat opening?

Yes, but I think that might be OD, so depending on thickness of the piping, its right at 2.25''.

Which cat?!?! Any suggestions?
I may as well do it all at once.
I have a good friend at a Muffler shop so I get custom piping and Magna Muffs cheap-cheap. The cat is the only thing I have to go outside for.
He did my current system for $140, piped from the cat, into a glass pack, with a nice stealthy 2.5" tip. The Magnaflow has a sweet Dual 3" tip that I love. Very similar to the OEM muffler, just a little bigger.
Thanks for your help guys!
