HELP QUICK! Can i use that thermal wrap (silver) on my oil feed line?

Default HELP QUICK! Can i use that thermal wrap (silver) on my oil feed line?

ok my oil feed line is hell close to the turbo and i used those plastic split tube lombing and it all melted...

can i use those silver wrap that you guys wrap a/c lines with on the OIL FEED and maybe OIL RETURN lines'???????

can i get this stuff at napa?

You can get some fiberglass sleeving for pretty cheap that will take the heat. Mcmasters or jc whitney should carry it.
