Default Running Super Rich and car won't stay started ( New swap) Please Help!!!!

Got some feedback in TECH, but wanted to see some more response. Thanks

I have no CEL's. My car seems to be running so rich it just stalls it's self out, the only way it stays started is if I hold the gas pedal at 3000rpm. The fuel pressure is normal. Can I have the plugs on the throttle body pluged in the wrong spot or bad O2 sensor? Please Help.

Here is what I have:
95 civic ex coupe with a 96 JDM b16a2. The only thing I wired was the injectors (injectors are running normal) and O2 sensor. Plus I repositioned the IAT sensor on the manifold because the motor is JDM.

Mods:
p28 ECU with Katman program ( the car runs the same with the stock unprogammed p28 ECU)

Port Flow head with everything

Je pistons with Eagle connecting rods

ACT cluch and fly wheel

AEM intake

did you time the motor?

you might want to spray out the IACV with some carb cleaner, also i know alot of people accidentally mix up the IACV plug with another one (cant remember what it is) ive done it myself.
