Default less downtime ---ls or gsr

I have a b16a2 and I need a sleeved block soon, what would you buy ls and sleeve or gsr and sleeve.
either short block would be using my si head. The ls block requires me to feed the vtec head with oil, the gsr block is more costly. I want to minimize down time, since this is my only car - might as well get a bit more displacement. Suggestions?

Doesn't really matter if you're going to go through the process of sleeveing them anyways since you can do to either one whatever you want.

I suppose I'd go with the C1 block though for the hell of it. I like the oil squirters and girdle
