OKAY MY FRIEND HAS A 2K1 ITR I SAY 3 days later someone jacked some stuff out of it well they took the seats the valve cover and the middle part where it has what the itr number is....so we got that stuff replaced but even the dealership dunno what no my friends itr was and i don't even know where it's at anybody can help with this/??? thanks....

 

Unless your friend remembers the number it may be difficult to find it out. The car number has no relation to the VIN# also, unless the Dealer wrote the number down at point of sale, you may be out of luck.

 

Actually, you can get the serial # plate with the VIN. Maybe some dealers aren't knowledgeable enough to do this. But I personally know guys that have gotten the console plate replaced with the VIN. Even older ones (97-98). I know for a fact that Curry Acura can do this for you.

 

have him look at al the paper work he got from the dealer. my salesman wrote down the number real big on the top of one of my papers
