been a while since i posted on here..
been workin on my NSR alot lately tho.
just replaced the pistons, powervalves, and slapped some tyga pipes on.




The doctor!


still gotta alot to do. cant wait to ride.

from what i know

pros:
easier to get hp
less moving parts
usually lighter

cons:
harder to control due to major increase in torqe after certain rpm (take a look at some of the hp graphs)
easier to destroy motor
2-stroke oil major pain in the butt (mixing, etc)
harder to setup carb (personally)

dunno, thats about it i think.

yup, that pretty much sums it up. the carbs on this bike are a bitch to setup properly.

its supposed to be done already, but i keep running into new things to fix. shiet!
gotta clean the tank and tune the carbs now. wish me luck guys.....lol

thanks....you know your NSRs! lot of people dont notice that the tank is fron an MC28. do you have an NSR yet? i know of MC28sp for sale...registered in CA and its in HRC colors. you interested? I also kno of a Rothmans MC28sp for sale. its CA registered and bone stock. a lil pricey tho, the owner is asking something like $7200.
