Default JDM h22 swap

I am swapping my h23 for an h22 but i would like jdm. Im just curious which part of the motor do you get the extra 20hp out of the jdm motor? Or is it a little out of both the block and head? thanks

if your going to do that why dont you just buy some type s pistons and new cams. but depending on where you get your h22 it can be cheaper to get a jdm instead of a usdm
