Ok Ive been having some problems with my new head I had rebuilt. I upgraded my h23 valves to h22 and I now am having valve adjustment problems. I was wanting to know if one of you guys could check your helms and find out how long your valves are on both intake and exhaust.

My h23 valves are listed as is

Intake(new)102.50-102.80mm

Exhaust(new)101.40-101.70mm

Your help would be much appreciated

u mean u need the valve clearences for when u do a valve adjustment? and u need it for the vtec and the si? i could look it up if u want

 

no I just need to know how long h22 valves are.

 

Intake:

105.4 - 105.7

Exhaust:

105 - 105.3

All are in mm, hope that helps!

Thanks Firedrake...see I knew that these valves had to be longer than h23 valves cause when I torqed my camshafts down none of my valves would close.

A lot of lengths like that aren't in the helms....well if they are I can't find the damn things!
