Default Running 13's in a 95 GSR

I recently bought a bone stock 95 GSR. I am planning on doing some serious mods to the car. I want to run high 13's and still have a streetable car. What would be my best route to go. I would prefer to go all motor, but would consider some type of forced induction. Also, what kind of horsepower at the wheels will I need to put out in order to achieve high 13's. Can anybody out there help me? Thanks for your time.
Matt

High 13s in a GSR isn't going to be too hard at all. Considering they run 14s stock. I/H/C/E , some nice cams, cam gears and CTR pistons would be the way I'd go... Fuel and Tuning are KEY

You will have a bunch of options to choose from. Im going for the exact thing your shooting for. Im hitting the track on the 26th after I hit the dyno and I am planning on bringing home my 13 sec. slip....check my sig for my mods.

Now you can go with some more aggressive camshafts and squeeze out more power then I have. Skunk2, Jun, and Toda make some great high power cams for a GSR. Also, tuning is going to be a very important part in the process. This means you will need a tuning device (Hondata would be your best choice, yet its pricey.....VAFC also does the trick.) A set of cam gears are nice to tune on the dyno as well.

Some headwork is always beneficial especially with some aggressive Cams. A good header back exhaust system is very important (2.5").

Suspension work, Falken Azenis, and some light weight rims are always beneficial. Also, the key to this is........YOU. Learn how to handle the car and race it to its full potential. And you will have a nice 13 second all motor (RELIABLE) setup.

Goodluck. I like your choice of all motor

QuickTeg just get a clue. I used to know this guy and he knows absolutly nothing about cars and is just quoting what everybody else says.
