I've got Eibach Prokits, and while I like the ride and handling, I think the drop looks a little funky. Since the wheel wells are cut differently, it looks higher in the front than in the back.
My buddy has H&R Sports on his car. The ride and handling are about the same, but the drop looks better. Plus, they were about $50 cheaper than my Eibach's.

I bought into the JDM hype and got the Tein s'tech med. springs. They are way too progressive. I don't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head, but i think the tein s'tech medium rates are 80 to 440 lb/in for the fronts or somewhere in that vicinity. I thought these springs were utter crap. You give up ride quality and handling with these.
the H&R sport springs are a little better. The ride quality is a lot better than what i had with the Teins. Unfortunately the car was a little understeer happy. We all know understeer is no fun, so out they go.
I'm now using GCs again and FYI they use Eibach springs. Consider the fact that you can get custom spring rates, custom spring lengths, plus height adjustability, they are well worth the extra cost. Mate these with adjustable shocks and you essentially have a full coilover type system that possibly outperforms the more expensive JDM ones.
