Obviously tony is a tuning god! what i am wondering is if anyone near North dakota has any tuning experience? I've heard of Isaac from elite but he isn't there anymore. I also know paul vang was or is trying to set up a seminar in minneapolis. anyone know of anybody else?

 

There is a place in Omaha. They have a dyno there pretty nice guys and they have a 10sec civic. I know some of there customers and they have done some good things with there cars. The place is called Sublime Motor Sports.
