Opinions differ. You'll need the 4th gen Prelude axels and maybe the water pump too. You'll most likely need an OBD 1 conversion which requires (all from a 4th gen Prelude VTEC) P13 ECU, fuel injectors, and distributor. Some people here have managed the swap with the 5th gen distributor.

I would disagree on the axles part. You can use the Accord Axles just fine. Actually, the Prelude ones will be the wrong length for the 5th gen Accord body.

Heh oh oops I should've mentioned I don't know jack about 5th gen Accords.
