Default b16 head vs. b18 head

ok. so many people are telling me that b16 has a better air flow. but b18 comes with more power. can anybody tell me which one should i get?? by the way, i am thinking about doing ls/vtec.

A higher flowing head doesn't always make the most power.Port shapes do,and the gsr head has a better port configuration to start off with.
