Which head is better for b20?

Default Which head is better for b20?

I am debating on a head for my B20 block.

2000 ITR with stock internals

or 2000 B16A2 with skunk internals

which is more cost efficient and gets the most HP?

2000 B16A2 with skunk internals its cheaper than the type R head and have a safer rev.

Try a GSR head, flows better. ITR head B18C5 and B16A2 head are basically the same.

stock for stock a GsR head outflows a B16 head, but not a type r head. Aswell, a B16 head responds to porting better, thats why they chose it for the ITR instead of the p72 head.

Thats not 100% true. Alaniz tested this almost 2 years ago and found that at some amount of valve lift the GSR head flowed better and some points the B16a head flowed better. Seen here:
