WILL A 1990 DIZZY D15 DISTRIBUTOR WORK ON MY 89 1.5 LITER DX HB???
I am going in for a surgery on Friday from totaling my hayabusa on the 25th
and need this info before I go in.
I have a distributor that I bought from someone on this sight. A dizzy D15 for my 1989 1.5 liter DX HB it looks the same but does not have the condenser on it. Instead there is a rubber plug where it would be? is this the wrong distributor? Can I Just put the old condenser on it? And is it possible to put the distributor in 180 degrees out? and or is there procedure to put in correctly?
Thanks in advance

hmm? I really didnt think there was a difference between 89 and 90 DX dizzys??
As for putting it in 180 degrees off yes it is possible.

some have condensors and some don't... if the plug is the same then it should work fine. and as far as putting it in, there is only one way. It can't go in backwards.
