Code 9? Someone Please Help
Hey Everyone,
My CRX has been givin me a Few Minor Problems. Firstly My Ignition module Went bad. A Friend of mine Let me Hold his Extra distributor and car ran fine for the first day. then My Tach Wire came loose from the distributor. Oh well no big deal. But now When i went out and race my car My Check engine light came on. I Am Getting a Code 9. I looked all over the distributor thinkin it was something wrong their but no luck. Plus It's Missing a Lil now like sparks cutting off. Anyone got any ideas?

**** my bad i gave u a incomplete answer . haha sorry heres what to look for
First look at your exhaust see if alot of fuel jumps out and listent to see if it pops . After that let mek now if it does
Than unhook your Neg cable and reset your ecu. I also took out my fuse i dont know if u had to but i did anyways .
That should reset the ecu . If it still checks when you turn the car back on means bad distributor.

Hey thanks for the Ifno.
I tore Down My Distributor to find that Whatever is on the bottom of the Distributor with the lil spikes on it that rotates was Wrapped up with lots of Wire windings that were ripped off something. My Lil Brother Totaled his 89 Civic HAtchback Last night
(Some ****** ******* Blew A redLight!) So i took the ignition module and distribor out and put it on my CRX. Runs perfect now. Thanks
