my bulbs work cuz when i unlock and lock my car with remote..it lights up....its a 6th gen and its the 2nd brake light to the right...yet when i brake it doesnt show and the fuses are fine...what happened?..replace the bulb but it still lights up when i unlock and lock...

 

u sure u didnt replace a dual filament light bulb with a single??? thats what happened to me.

me too. at night my blinkers didnt work for almost a year

 

i have the same problem, everything is in stock form and the light still wont go away after my third brake lamp's blub was roasted..

oh well, it's a 14tyears old honda..

 

i havent replaced the bulb since it lights up when i use the remote lock.....so im pretty sure it aint the bulb..or could it?...give it a try and buy another one?

btw...h & r's came today...kiss goodbye maxspeed coilovers...haha

There's 2 filaments in the bulb. When you lock the car it only uses the parking light filament. That doesn't prove ANYTHING about the brakelight filament.
