h23 compression and spark plug question

Default h23 compression and spark plug question

I ran a compression test today and hit about 180 across all four cylinders. Is this normal. also when i did this i noticed all my spark plugs were running very hot. as in the ends were a bright white color. What is the proper spark plug for a h23? Thanks

180 is normal yes, check this link out for reading spark plugs
