That's the silliest thing I've seen in quite a while. I'd like to see a dyno of that thing, but I seriously doubt that its going to be anywhere close to as efficent as a single turbo setup that could have been done with the same amount of time and money.
I something to input here. My b16 running the drag kit and ten pounds HALLS *** *BUT* is very unresponsive downlow and feels sluggish and in an unexpected roll on with a car that might be slower he may end up beating me because of my lack of "instant" torque or power. Now Im thinking if I keep the same turbo for the crazy top end and eventually the 18psi or so I plan to pump into it, and add a very small very responsive turbo for downlow, I don't see why or how this could possibly be called a waste of time. if any of you have any tips on getting the turbo spooled quicker or more responisive or if there is anyway to get a small turbo like the ones on GTI 1.8ts that spool so quickly to support 350 or so hp Id love to know how.
just use nitrous down low to offset the lag...just like the guy with the twins did...
oh yeah and he got it all for $350 (he did the welding and all himself so the rest was just time)....so you'd have a hard time matching that with a single setup for the price

Buddy have you EVER seen the size of a 1.8T turbo? They're practically maxed out from the factory @ 190 horsepower, they're dinky. I can't see anything ever matching the 2000 RPM spool of the K03, unless you go to a twin-screw blower. That's the only thing that would be close.

I've seen the guy who did all this post on homemadeturbo.com, and yes, he does realize that going single turbo would be sufficient enough, blah blah blah. His sole reason for doing this was to be different because people said he couldn't do it. For that, this guy, whether it runs well or not, deserves a hardy handshake and a
