what material is the valve cover made of?
I have Z6 valve cover (VTEC, no paint, bare metal) with some stains, something dripped. I hit it with Simple green and a brush and also with Easy Off. Easy off removed alot of grime but it did not get rid of the stains.
What is good to remove the stains? besides polishing....
Thanks

heres your answer: "aircraft paint stripper" you'll find it in the automotive section of any walmart in a white spray can with blue letters i think. it will remove all paint. just dont get it on your hands
I'll check on the aircraft paint remover. Otherwise I may just have to paint it.
Thanks
