ITR rear motor mount picture or diagram needed

ITR rear motor mount picture or diagram needed
anyone got a pic of the rear mount INSTALLED on the car that I can use as a reference? I have a vibration and Ive narrowed it down to possibly the rear mount. I think Im missing a bolt or possibly two. I checked acuraautomotive site but the diagram is confusing. thanks

There's only (4) bolts.
2 x 19mm that thread into the tranny from the engine side.
1 x 17mm that threads into the rear mount bracket from the tranny side.
1 x 17mm? that secures the rear mount bracket to the rear mount on the subframe.
2 x 19mm that thread into the tranny from the engine side.
