i've heard of another pretty good place called lifetime muffler in redwood city on el camino.

If San Ho aint too far for you, theres a place called "Underbody car works" (or sumting like that). The guy there did a pretty good job with my old car, forgot his name though. Its near Capitol Expy off of King Rd.

i've been to golden auto muffler...a long time ago. unless it's changed, their quality isnt that good.

there is a place across the street from MufflerWorks in Belmont. Thats where I would go. Fast service and great quality welds. They fixed my Benen exhaust.

SF is as Nor-Cal as it gets. Even though SF is more south than Redding or Sac, it is still deemed Nor-Cal. Ask anyone anything about Nor-Cal and the first thing that comes to mind is SF and the rest of the Bay Area.

just went to meineke in sf. the guy there's been welding for 9 years. he let me watch him the whole time. pretty good welding.

thats cool. I wouldn't ever bring my car to a muffler chain such as meinke(sp?) but all the other muffler shops let me watch also. The place I went to has quality parts from magnaflow and carsound.

i tried looking for that place, however all i saw across the street was the railroad. was it the shop across the street, and a few over to the left? the place that has a lift outside and has big flowmasters banners?
