I've gotten a couple of spams lately and noticed they are addressed to ITR????@hotmail.com.

Not even car related, the usual dipolma, debt consolidation, viagra crap.... Anybody else been getting these?

I think someone may have high-jacked the HT directory.

then why wouldn't they have everyone's address, not just the ones in the @hotmail.com domain?

 

Probably, someone wrote a program to see if ITRXXXX@hotmail.com were a bunch of valid addresses, and the ones that were got spammed. Now if you'll excuse me, a pretty hot sounding chick named HotCandyXXX emailed my hotmail account and says she wants to have sex with me, so i'm gonna go tap that azz.
