How much HP and Torque should I really expect from my D16Y8 intake on my D16A6

look at it this way, they advertise 15 hp gains on non-turbo cars with that new Edelbrock intake manifold, and thats probly at the flywheel. So you probly wont really see much hp gain but the D16y8 intake manifold is the best manifold from the factory for D-series manifolds, so I'd say your good to go.

not sure bout power but tha manifold has better runners n plenum than ur a6 manifold.

I have y8 intake mani conversion to my a6.. From what i can feel it gave me good mid range and top end pull, but I'm running a stage1 crane cam so that helps too.. Also, you can use a B series T-body with the y8.. Right now, I'm using an 91 LS teg tb..

Here's what it looks like when it's installed..
