Quick question about an ig timing plug...

I wanna set my ig timing and I cant seem to find the little ig. jumper. I have a 90 si and see nothing with a yellow cap on it. It was no prob on my 88. Any pics or info appreciated.

its near the ecu under the pass dash, like on the 92up civics
