??Manley valvetrain??
I'm building me an all motor gsr. Went to a local machine shop they suggested me to run JE Pistons and Crowler Rods. Also they suggested me to run Manley Valvetrain. Had anyone heard anything about Manley?, they told me it's really good and its better then skunk2. I have never heard of Manley on imports. Any suggestions??
I have a set of Manley flat face valves in my B16 head. Manley has been around for a long time.
I don't have the motor put together yet but the valves should prove to be a good investment.

Rocket has a decent amount of experience with manley.
He is always praising their stuff.
them and supertech are both very good quality valves. you cant go wrong with either of them.
i havent heard much at all about the actual valvesprings. we have had alot of good luck with our springs/retainers and manley valves.
as someone noted, manley have been around for a while, and they most likely know how to make a good valvespring. some new companys dont really know what is up, and design it worse than stock.
I am trying to get brad and rocket to write a tech article on valves. I heard brad was (max_cfm) was going to test and flow a bunch of valves.
there are many many different aspects that go into valves; stem design, flat/dished, back cut angles, material, coatings are all varaible from valve to valve.
sometimes and usually the best is to trust your engine builder. they are usually up to date with waht is good. and they should have alot of valves go through their hands if they port heads.
