What's up everyone, this is my first post! I'm buying a 97' ITR with 29,000 miles, interior is perfect except for a burn hole on the drivers seat. It was driven by a 69 yr old, but he was the original owner at 65. The paint on the spoiler is kinda faded, but a wax job should take car of it. Two wheels are kinda scratched but thats ok with me. Does have A/C. Did i get a good deal at 17,000? Hopefully i will have as much fun as i did with my M3 sedan. Have a good day.
hmm... they are rare but i think you could have gotten it a lil cheaper...
or maybe i just got a really good deal on mine

anyways, good luck with ur car!

man, you did get a good deal, i just got my car a couple of weeks ago and I really wanted a TYPE-R , but I couldnt find any under 17g...well, I love my car. Have fun with yours!
$17k on a '97 driven by a 69 year old?
To me that's a pretty good deal. I can't imagine that he drove that car to the ground.
Good luck and have fun!

I'll bet ya that the Vtec is a virgin. That mean the RPM never touch 8g. That old goat probably dont even know what a Vtec is. Hahahhahha
BTW those who don't know nsxtcjr, he is older than Strom Thurmond and he drives his Type R and NSX pretty hard on the track several times a year.

yup im from PASADENA, where are you from???? I live like 5 minutes away from PCC Im in Irvine during the weekdays tho for school. Im kind of new to the IMPORT SCENE because I just got my car but yeah im down to go to a socal meet, just name the place..
good deal as long as he's not a 67 yr old that drives like a 18yr old, and believe me i've seen some old people driving really stupid.
I do believe that 17k is slightly high considering that a 2000 can be had for roughly 20k and even lower with some haggling, but dont worry, by the time you pull it out of your driveway for your first drive with the pinkslip under your belt i'm sure you'll forget all about the price anyway
Must be cool to drive a Type R when I am 65...
CK CK CK...
Note: one time, I almost crack my back sitting improperly when the VTEC kicks in..
wondering what will happen if I do that when I am 65 years old... ck ck ck..
