Wow when did we get a Prelude GTR...man and I thought the Type S was hot ****...not anymore, who knew Nissan and Honda made a car together....come on geat real, The car was made boxy for a reason, keep it that way, square headlights are sexy

I am more go then I am show. But i do have to admit, i like how the r34 lights looked on the 5th gen.

 

i agree i really like how the r34 heads looked like they went with the body fairly well im impressed

 

pretty clean cars, esp considering the rice factor.

i guess i've seen worse, but all that money those guys dumped into "blingin" i would have put towards a down payment on a house or an EVO.

 

Those looked like GT-S headlights to me, not GT-R's? maybe it's just the rest of the body that makes it seem that way to me

 

I would like an explination as to why those preludes were RICE. Rice is pep-boys ****, and throwing stickers on your car of **** you dont have. Full front end conversions are far from rice. All you JDM, gotta keep it stock, can't ever turn a head guys are getting really old. So now rice is insane body work, while keeping it clean at the same time?! Your basically saying all the great show cars out there right now are rice, if your calling those two ludes rice. Both of the front ends looked far better than the stock 5th gen front end. The ITR one was espically wicked, the headlights went perfectly with flow and shape of the taillights. IMO everyone that jumped on the bandwagon of stock wheels, and front lips are just as old as the rice guys. Those cars were completly original, which is what modifying a car is supposed to be about, stock is far from original.

anyways...the *** end of both cars (namely the yellow one) are pretty ******* ugly. the bodywork is cool, its not a half *** job obviously. not my cup of tea but whatever..


my real beef is with the direction of the video and music chosen.

maybe its just me, but i would pick something a little less popular. I am kinda secretly an underground hip hop elitist, i know linkin park goes well with driving but cmon guys...when you pick a song that is all over the radio it just shows that you are an unoriginal pawn that has no creativity or distinct musical taste whatsoever.

or maybe im wack, maybe the neptunes and the clipse are hella tight.

maybe im just an angry filmmaker that likes to clown on other peoples creations.

oh well...wait till you see my short film featuring my prelude. i start production in 6-8 weeks. If it goes well I will take the film festival circuit (and this forum) by storm

I could not agree w/ you more. People will blow their load for a jdm climate control but then say a front end conversion is rice. To each their own but this is what its all about. Theres more to the tuner world than just sleepers.

 

to me if it dont help you become a better driver or if it dont increse hp or make it handle better its rice

This is a worthless thread, everyone is entitled to their own opinion on how they like their cars. Some people want to waste their money on a body kit, then other people spend outrageous amounts of money on mediocre products just because its "JDM". Just buy what works and what makes you happy. Stop trying to justify these gay honda trends and do whatever the hell you want. Its your car, enjoy it.

 

them headlights look good on the 5th gen. i dont know what you guys think, but i think the 5th gen got ripped when it comes to headlights. what did these guys use... the GTR and ITR headlights. ******* sweet.
