You might be able to get the longblock for that much but I don't think that will inlcude shipping cost. You also wont get an H22 ECU.

What parts do you need to make your H23 work??

 

it spun a bearing ppl said i havnt riped it apart motor has 131 k on it i dont even wanna bother dicking with it,

 

if you crank is still good find someone selling a h23 short block and just swap all you internals over, a good complete moetor for 1000 shipped may be hard to find,

 

Save your money and get a full H22 swap. Also start calling junkyards, if you get lucky you might find one for cheap.

Some guy on this board bought an H22 for $900.00 and they even delivered it!!!!! With warrenty. Wish I could remeber his user iD, do a search, Dude posted pictures and everything! Start Calling around to the JUNKYARDS

 

I found a high-mileage H22 that was in good running condition for about $900, but I'm tearing it apart anyways. You still will need an ecu, so factor that in to the costs.

 

naw i already have a ecu from my old frankenstien swap

 

well, i just replaced my bearings. it really wasn't that big of a deal. it took longer to take the engine out then it did to do the actual work. The bearings alone were only $115 for piston and main from Rocket on here. So cost wise i would see about rebuilding your engine. that way you could save your money for something else, like a turbo or something

 

save money and get a h22

 

reason i ask becuase ppl sometimes have motors laying around thought i could catch one of them types of ppl.
