my 96 accord is pissing me off. the motor works & u can hear it try to lower the window but it dont budge. seems like there is something wedged in the track. what do i do?

anybody know what is needed to remove the door panel?

 

you will need a philips screwdriver and a 10 mm socket to take the regulator out


to me it seems like a bad regulator tho....
