What parts for a drum to disc conversion on a 94-97 lx?

What parts for a drum to disc conversion on a 94-97 lx?
I'm way overdue for a brake upgrade, I know what im gonna upgrade the front with, but dont want drums in the rear to go along with a big brake kit. I've called HAP and they've told me $500 for the rear disc conversion. I know i need the rear calipers, pads, rotors, parking brake cables, but do i need the rear hub's from a disc brake accord? That's my main question, any help would be great, thanks.
