Default crx body kit install tips?

does anyone have any tips on how i should install the mugen style door caps on my rex?

The genuine Mugen ones utilize the square "holes" that affix the ding/trim guard and a couple other points.

I'd guess the WingsWest one do so too.

If you don't have any obvious mounting studs on the door cap, I'd assume you're supposed to have a body shop mold the fiberglass to the door...?

Wings West includes some small sheet metal screws that you install from the inside of the door into the thick part of the body kit panel. HTH

The door caps on a wings west kit should have 3 strips of tape on them which should be enough to hold it on just make sure you clean the surface really good. If you want to be sure it stays on you can drill some screws in there but it wouldnt look clean unless you paint over them.
