its not so much that there is other places. H-T is one of the best to find out tech info, its just the way he asked.
To answer you question though, I'd recommend Type R cams.
They'll work with your stock valve train, don't require much tuning, have pretty good mid range, and best of all they are very cheap.
As for power gains, my guess would be around 5 or 6 hp without any other mods.
Look at getting exhaust, intake, and a header before you think about cams. New cams just make the stock ones more restrictive.

I would recommend searching this site a lot under terms such as "cams." You'll get more info than you will know what to do with on just about any cam on the market.
