p72 vs p13 obd1

right now my swap has an obd1 p72, but im afraid i am goiing to over rev my car. so should i jsut get a p13. and if so, should i get jdm or usdm, i have a usdm 98 motor and i have to pass emission

Just get a USDM P13....if not then a JDM...it doesn't really matter so much, the JDM will have slight better fuel an ignition tuning power wise..

will the usdm ahve a top speed limiter, and on the jdm one do u know what the limit is
