Just wondering... Why did you choose the B18C5 and not the JDM B18C?

Hey The Car really moves out now !!!!! feels really good and starts to come alive at 2500ish Kind of is a little bit raspy between 3-4 grand though ...you guys that run the Hi-Tech piece also have this resonance.??

As far as my tires go ... that is a major issue now !! I can't get traction in 1-2 when driving normal BUt they are Yokohama M7R's which are a little bit softer compound version of the Yokohama 520 tire..but there going to be switch out for some Yokohama A032r's soon

Yes, I have a slight raspyness in a small area over the rpm band, it's just a slight irritation, don't really mind it. About the traction...well that's the reason that I'm running 215/45-16 tires, I couldn't imagine it with the stock 195/55-15, it'd be a joke

yup, ditto on the raspyness. I have my vtec switchover at 5k and it sounds like a cai when it hits. John says that it is (raspiness) typical vtec noise that is commonly heard after installing headers. Something about the noise that high velocity gases make.

Hmmmm, there hasn't been a hint of raspiness at any RPMs in my header. In fact, it sounds even smoother than the stock one did. Are you sure that the raspy "typical vtec noise" isn't unique to the HyTech header?
