why anyone would want a rhd in this country is beyond me, but i'd be willing to bet you get almost 20k if it is really clean... you could basically part it for 15k. seats, steering wheel, front end, engine/tranny, 5lug, swaybars, wheels, carpet, cluster... you name it, it's jdm. then the shell is worth a couple thousand alone.

which gives me an idea, i've seen ads for the jdm itr for like $9k usd in japan... import them and part them. $

Its a '97 spec, so GSR brakes, 4x114.3, and its missing some of the other key 98+ specific parts that would make it extremely desireable...at least IMO. Otherwise it would be just a show kaa.

It's missing the HID headlights, nicer rims, better brakes, better header......the list goes on.

I'd want a RHD R for track use. Most tracks are run clockwise hence more RH turns (better L/R balance).

GS-R brakes = so what. Killer pads and fluid save the day.
4x114 wheels = so what. Run OEM wheels with your favorite tire.
Pre '98 trans = so what. Is there really a HUGE difference? Not IMO.
