Easy. Contact MAX_CFM or Omniman.
MAX_CFM has built several 200wph motors from 1.8L and up.
Omniman's 10.7:1 CR 1935cc B20Vtec makers over 200whp even on the toughest dyno in CA at TrackMasters.

stop being possitive because your wrong. The B21a1 came in 90-91 Prelude Si. It's a terrible motor in that it was one of the first with Honda's FIber cylinder wall thing... If you want to build it I hope you have alot of money. Your best bet is to get a JDM B20 from japan. It's still a problem child but, more pieces will fit. And, it will respond better to mods. Another guy in Ludeconduct is atempting to build an NA B20... aiming for 14s with it so.... you do the math.

Well is it is THE 90-91 lude motor there pretty hard to get decent power out of because the design bad....honda hasnt used as high if a r/s on a moter since then. they dont rev well...i think 200whp is near impossible with that motor

From the run's we did with Omniman's car at the TrackMaster Dyno it reads about %5 lower than Dynamic Autosports dyno.

Not a normal engine? Gee, and all this time I thought Honda sold a buttload of 90-91 Prelude Si's......
It's basically a LS with a bigger crank and pistons.
